Our Principles

An organisation can be measured by its principles. Ours are demanding yet worthwhile and provide both clients and candidates with a true commitment that we will handle their interests with integrity, trust, respect, honesty and true professionalism.

Guarantees

  •  We will continue to work on an assignment until the Board is completely satisfied with the result – at no additional fee.
  • We will only ever take on an assignment if we can guarantee at the outset that we have the expertise to complete it successfully.
  • We will conduct ourselves at all times as ambassadors of your school.
  • We will guarantee our candidate placements for a minimum period of 6 months (26 weeks from date of commencement, subject to our Terms of Business)
  • We will apologise if we make a mistake and do everything we can to put things right.

Procedures

We will adhere to the codes of ethics and best practice generally accepted across the education sector, introducing recommendations for change where we strongly believe our approach brings added value to both client and candidate alike.

Excellence

We strive to deliver excellence in everything we do. We do not tolerate mediocrity and will always seek critical comment and feedback to further enhance the services we can provide.

People

People are our most valuable asset and will at all times be treated with respect. We will not work with individuals who are rude, discourteous, unprofessional, arrogant, discriminatory or who do not share our values & professional ethics.

Our culture is typified by hard work, mutual trust, challenge, integrity, achievement and where continuous improvement and investment in people constitutes the norm.

Clients

Our duty is to understand the precise needs of our clients and deliver professional, timely, confidential and value-for-money services that exceed their highest expectations.

Candidates

We will be professional, honest, realistic and supportive to all candidates, giving constructive feedback so as to gain trust & confidence and to help them maximise their true potential.

Innovation

We will not be restricted by convention or the rigours of a traditional or passive approach. We will be bold, will make creative suggestions where appropriate and will constantly look to find a better way of doing things.
