The Board of Appointment
We will prepare, make recommendations and place a suitable advertisement, handling the response on behalf of the Board as appropriate. In addition we will strengthen the short list presentation using our Talent Pool and a targeted search and confidential networking approach.
We will look to present the Board with the strongest short list of suitable candidates available in the marketplace, which will be a combination of applicants who have applied to the advertisement and other candidates sourced through our proactive approach.
The Selection Process
We offer 3 levels of service to help Boards with the Selection Process – Standard, Premier and Gold. Each service level offers a range of selection techniques designed to provide greater insight into the candidates under consideration and stronger evidence on which to make the final selection decision.
Such techniques include preliminary interviews, personality & psychometric profiling, benchmarking and 360 appraisal/ assessment, assessment centres (including role playing, group exercises and structured interviews), in-depth referencing and school visits, manifestos & other written tests and candidate presentations.
